How do I order?
Order online for pickup, call us at 313-914-4360, or walk in during bakery hours. For delivery, find us on DoorDash and UberEats.
Where and when can I pick up?
At the bakery, 14645 Tireman Street, Dearborn, MI 48126. Monday through Thursday 9am–3pm, Friday and Saturday 10am–1pm. We are closed Sunday.
Do you deliver?
Yes, through DoorDash and UberEats in Metro Detroit. Fees and delivery windows are set by each app. For catering and wholesale delivery, contact us directly. Client to confirm: in-house delivery radius and fee
Do you ship, or is it pickup only?
Pickup at the bakery is free, and we recommend it for anyone within 30 miles of Dearborn. Local delivery is available at checkout across Michigan. If you are outside Michigan, call us at 313-914-4360 and we will help. Client to confirm: out-of-state shipping is not set up yet; see the change order note
What is the wholesale minimum?
Wholesale orders start at 15 units. Pricing is by inquiry only. Fill out the wholesale form or call 313-914-4360 and we will send a current price list within 2 to 3 business days.
Is sabaya cooked, or do I bake it?
You choose. Frozen sabaya is sold uncooked at no extra charge, so it bakes fresh in your own oven. Thaw it for 1 to 2 hours at room temperature, bake at 420°F for 17 to 20 minutes until the top turns golden brown, then cut it with scissors or a pizza wheel and drizzle with honey. Or choose baked when you order and we bake it for you for $10 more per tray.
Is the honeycomb bread cooked?
Yes. Honeycomb bread is fully cooked. To reheat, remove it from the plastic, keep it in its pan, cover with foil and warm it at 350°F for 10 to 12 minutes. Drizzle with honey or simple syrup and serve.
Is tawa bread cooked?
No. Tawa bread is sold uncooked in packs of 10, so you cook it fresh at home. Heat a nonstick pan or griddle to medium high (approx. 375°), lightly brush both sides of the dough sheet with melted butter or vegetable oil, and cook it frozen or semi-thawed for about 2 minutes on the first side, until it begins to puff, then 30 seconds to 1 minute on the other side, until brown on both sides. How long does it keep?
Sabaya, tawa bread and honeycomb bread keep in the freezer for up to 1 year. Client to confirm: shelf life for kaak and susi bread, and how long each product keeps once thawed
How far ahead should I order for an event?
The earlier the better, especially around Eid and holidays. Large catering orders need Client to confirm: lead time, e.g. 5–7 days notice. Susi bread is pre-order only.
Do your products contain allergens?
Sabaya and tawa bread contain eggs and milk. The wheat versions contain wheat, eggs and milk. Honeycomb bread contains milk and eggs. Full ingredient lists are on each product page. Client to confirm: allergens for kaak and susi bread If you have a food allergy, please call us before ordering.
Can I choose wheat flour?
Yes. Sabaya and tawa bread both come in white or wheat flour. Select your flour when you add it to your cart.
